discounts, or garden events which, due to timing, have not been
printed in the club's newsletter. During the summer months, there
are no formal meetings and the club's newsletter is suspended until
the Fall. To take advantage of some of these opportunities, you may
require proof of membership.

discount card but you must show your OGC membership cards and
disclose your name and telephone number. You can then decide if
you would like to participate in their program and receive a
valid Sheridan Plus Life Style card.

artisans will display and sell unique items on the tour. Tickets

The Arboretum, Ontario Agricultural College, University
of Guelph
Diversity is the emphasis of this full-day course. Grow
your own native trees and shrubs. Characteristic seeds for the
workshop will be collected while touring part of The Arboretum.
We will carry out the techniques for cleaning, treating and
sowing seeds and how to protect them as seeds and young plants.
A tour of The Arboretum's native plant nursery will help you set
up your own project. Arboretum Horticulturist: Sean Fox. Fee:
$75.00. Registration and payment required by Tuesday, September
7. Maximum 16 adults.
